HYBRID COMBATIVES

HYBRID COMBATIVES  provides defensive tactics, and combatives training with a no frills approach to self-defense. Our core is in the study of Krav Maga. Our focus is to train with practicality in mind.

Our training is conducted in a semi-private setting with classes less than 20 students for personal attention.

We focus on using practical, simplistic training methods and technique to offer a realistic approach to self-defense. Methods include: empty hand defensive tactics,impact weapon applications, edged weapon applications and defense, evasive body movement skills.

Training Includes:

Fundamental striking skills, threat awareness, reaction drills, muscle memory drills, speed drills, bag work and conditioning. Firearm disarms,impact, and edged weapon defense. Partner-based scenario and technique training are a primary focus in our training as well.
